Do I hand the tip to each mover or the boss?
Either is fine. Handing it to each mover yourself makes sure everyone gets what you meant them to.
Cash is easiest and what most movers prefer. Cards, checks and payment apps can work — ask first.
Look at the bill before you tip: if a gratuity is already on it, ask what it covers.
