What are stairs, long carry and shuttle fees?

Stairs and elevator fees: extra for each flight or for using a lift.

Long carry: extra when the truck can't park close to the door.

Shuttle: a smaller truck has to ferry things because the big one can't reach the house.

Tell every mover about stairs, parking and distance up front, and get each fee priced in writing.
