Where can I donate furniture before I move?

Habitat for Humanity ReStore, the Salvation Army, furniture banks and local Buy Nothing groups — several will collect from your home for free.

Book pickups three to four weeks out, and ask for a receipt if you itemize your taxes. Stained, broken or recalled items usually aren't accepted.
