Ratings from people who lived there — each one checked against a lease or bill, then the proof is deleted. Repairs, deposits, honesty, privacy.
Ratings open shortly. Lived somewhere worth warning — or praising — people about? Open the app, add the home under Your rental resume, and rate it there.
How ratings work
- Anonymous. Reviewers' names, unit numbers and (if they choose) dates are never shown. The proof is seen once by the person checking it, then deleted.
- Only someone who lived there can rate it. They show a lease page, utility bill or bank statement with their name and the address. We check it once, then delete it.
- We never remove a rating for being critical. We remove one only for personal details, threats, or if the proof doesn't hold up.
- Owners and managers can reply once to each rating after proving they own or manage the building.
- We don't rate tenants, and never will publish ratings of people who rent.
